Last week Stan and I went to Branson, Mo. We stayed at the Big Cedar Wilderness Resort, which was about 10 miles south of town. We were very close to Arkansas, so one day we drove over to Eureka Springs, a historic little town much like Galina, Illinois. While in Branson, we also saw 4 shows: "Spirit of the Dance," (Irish dancing), "Broadway Celebration," a group of 6 brothers a la "Straight No Chaser" called "SIX," and "The Twelve Irish Tenors." While we enjoyed them all, I think our favorites were the Irish Tenors and the Broadway show. I wanted to take an Irish Tenor home for Holly. They were so cute and delightful!
On the way home, we stayed in St Louis and enjoyed a nice evening with our niece, Emily. All in all, it was a very fun trip!

I'm glad you guys had such a great time. I didn't realize you saw that many shows! It's always nice to get away, isn't it?
I am glad that you had a good trip! It looks like you had a lot to do while you were there. I can't wait to go to STL in just a week or so!
Wow, I'm impressed two posts in two days! I figured you must have been out gad abouting around the country since you hadn't posted. Sounds like you were really busy but had a great time. I'm jealous that you got to see all of those shows-that would have been so much fun! Glad you guys had a good time.
That sounds like fun! I'm glad you guys had a good time, although I know it's always nice to come home and sleep in your own bed. (And I'm sure dad was missing that vacuum cleaner).
